2. SERVICE QUALITY
2.1. CREATIVE COPYWRITING SOLUTIONS strives to provide complete satisfaction to our customers through quality documents. All documents are written, proofread or edited with utmost care. CREATIVE COPYWRITING SOLUTIONS does not guarantee that the documents are error-free.
2.2. The customer is held responsible for reviewing documents written or edited by CREATIVE COPYWRITING SOLUTIONS upon completion. The customer must immediately contact CREATIVE COPYWRITING SOLUTIONS should any errors be found.
2.3. Should CREATIVE COPYWRITING SOLUTIONS fail to submit the article / document on or before the stipulated delivery date, CREATIVE COPYWRITING SOLUTIONS will give the customers a full refund of their payment.
2.4. CREATIVE COPYWRITING SOLUTIONS is not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including lost revenues or profits, loss of business, or loss of data related to our service.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold CREATIVE COPYWRITING SOLUTIONS from any claim or demand, including reasonable fees and costs for the service of an attorney, or as may be made by any third party due to or arising from use of the site or service, or violation of the Terms and Conditions by the customer, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity by the customer.
6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
6.1. In the event a customer violates any or all of the Terms and Conditions contained in this document, CREATIVE COPYWRITING SOLUTIONS reserves the right to cease all service and contractual obligations with the customer.
6.2. A contract between the customer and CREATIVE COPYWRITING SOLUTIONS commences as soon as CREATIVE COPYWRITING SOLUTIONS receives the (a) Service Agreement which contains the customer’s signature; and (b) down payment submitted by the customer.
6.3. Should the customer wish to cancel the service once work has started, a credit will be applied to the customer’s account. Refund of money incurs any associated costs, such as bank transfer fees and editor costs.
6.4. The customer is responsible for providing accurate requirements and specifications to CREATIVE COPYWRITING SOLUTIONS.
7. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
7.1. The terms and conditions contained herein may be modified, amended, altered, changed, reorganized, rewritten or revoked at any time without notice.
